I don't know where to begin. There are so many wonderful things to say about Patty. Let's go back to about 3 years ago. My husband and I were riding around looking at homes and came across a house that we were interested in. The sign out front belonged to Twins Selling Real Estate. We called the number and spoke with Patty and we were overwhelmed by her wealth of knowledge, not only as it pertained to that particular home, but the market overall. After learning what we were looking for and gathering our contact information, she provided us with home options that best fit our wants/needs and budget. There are realtors that flood you with emails, house after house, without building a real relationship with you. And after a while, you just get sick of the emails. Patty isn't like that. As her client, you feel like you are the only family in the world looking to purchase a home. She is up close and personal. She dedicates herself to you and she is very honest. She doesn't always tell you what you want to hear, but she always tells you what you need to hear. I appreciate that. Ok, back to the story...Patty was excellent. She listened and showed us many great homes. We even put an offer on a couple of them. But, after working with Patty for a little while, I developed buyers fatigue. Coming from South Carolina, I had no idea, although Patty was very clear about it, (like I said, she is very honest) what the real estate market was like in Northern VA. So, we threw in the towel, worked on building our credit, and reached out to Patty again a few months ago. Even though we didn't purchase a home the first time around, Patty was still on our radar because she is simply the best. Well, fast forward to now and we are in a home. Our home (I love saying that!). And I can say without a shadow of doubt that WE WOULD NOT BE HERE WITHOUT PATTY. When I say this woman knows what she is doing, I mean it. I can recall walking through homes with her and she would point out every little and big thing that we ought to consider if we were interested in moving forward with a house. Because of her experience, she was able to tell us what each thing might cost us in the future. She made sure we considered all things. She's like a mom that wants the very best for her children. That's how it is with Patty. It's not just about closing a deal. She truly cares about you. She cares about the life your children will have and how you function as a family. She is extremely mindful and I appreciate that about her.
